We formed The Realty-Smokies Team in 2007 with the goal of using the power of specialization to better serve our clients. At that time the real estate industry was changing in a way that we recognized would soon make it difficult for individual agents in independent brokerages to compete. Years later we have numerous industry awards for sales and customer service (including the prestigious Century 21 President's Club) that affirm the success of our strategy: listen carefully to our clients, understand their needs, and then make meeting those needs our first priority. The Listing Specialist for the Realty-Smokies Team, Jon is a native of Indiana who moved to the Smokies in 1998 and became a REALTOR® in 2002. Outside of work Jon enjoys spending time with his family and boating, traveling, hiking, and playing music – he is considered one of the finest banjo pickers in Sevier County real estate!
