Bio
I started my Property Career with Enterprise Rent A Car a mere 25 years ago. Starting as a Facilities Manger and moving in to Property Management as business grew. I sourced new locations, designed, project managed the fit out and delivery of turn key sites across the Northwest. After 16 years I decided to try life outside the singular corporate market and moved into Property and FM for firms like Northern Group, Cohens Chemists and MCR Property. Over the last 9 years my main focus has been on developing my skill set in Asset Management, maximising my property portfolio by building strong relationships with my tenants and customers. I have often been "parachuted" into problematic assets and have overcome historical inherited issues, through grit, determination, hard work and listening - I have been able to turn things around and always bring value to my estates.
