Townsend Commercial Real Estate was founded by Jon Cook in 2004. Prior to establishing Townsend Commercial, Jon was an industry leaderr and executive producer at his respective company with well over 30+ years of industrial commercial real estate experience in Alameda County.
With his extensive experience at one of the largest national real estate firms in the country, Jon decided to bring his expertise and vision of serving his clients needs with a focus on industrial real estate exclusively in Alameda County and the Greater Bay Area.
