Raised locally, Jon first entered the Real Estate Industry as a Real Estate Loan Officer. This lending background from 1986 to 1990, educated him to search for the best loans and how to close those difficult escrows. Lending developed those extremely valuable negotiating skills he uses today. This means a better PURCHASE PRICE to you the BUYER.
Since joining the real estate industry in 1991, Jon has continually been recognized as one of Real Estates top agents.
