Bio
Johncarlo is a Real Estate Broker primarily operating in Fairfield County, Connecticut. A UCONN graduate in Urban Economic Development, John transitioned from sales to management and consulting. In 2014, he moved to Houston, TX, where he founded Morales Property Management and worked as an agent for the luxury firm Habitation Realty. Returning to Connecticut in 2019, John established the Morales Top Sellers team, focusing on team success and community outreach, including his role as a founding director of the NAHREP Fairfield County Chapter.
