Johnathan began his Real Estate Career in New York. He has experience working with property managers, associations and more to secure both rentals and sales. Prior to relocating to Florida to work with Metropolitan Property Group Florida, LLC, John was the exclusive agent for more than 400 apartments in each, handling all of the rentals, screening materials and more.
Since opening the Metropolitan Property Group Florida LLC Johnathan has focused solely on Multi-Family Acquisitions and stabilization. Johnathan’s extensive experience in acquisitions, debt financing, project management, and property management, make Johnathan the ideal person to handle your investments as he truly understands all facets of a project and how they are all intertwined.. Jonathan currently has $60M in AUM and the portfolio has continued to grow year over year.
