Mr. Zogg joined Crescent Real Estate Equities as vice president of leasing and marketing in May of 1994. In 2004, he was promoted to managing director of Crescent. Mr. Zogg served as managing director until 2007 when Crescent was sold to Morgan Stanley, whereupon he joined Silverstone Capital Group. He rejoined Crescent in his current role in 2009. Prior to joining Crescent in 1994, Mr. Zogg served as vice president of the commercial real estate group for Rosewood Property Company from 1989 to 1994, responsible for marketing and leasing office space in the Dallas and Denver areas, and prior to that, he worked as marketing manager of Gerald D. Hines Interests. In total, he has managed more than 25 million square feet of office space across the United States throughout his career.
Education
A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and MBA Degree from the University of Dallas.
