John Wauterlek is the head of Hamilton Partners’ Industrial division. Before joining Hamilton Partners, John was the Senior Industrial Partner in Trammell Crow Company’s Chicago regional office. During the past 30 years, John has been responsible for all the leasing, management and development of the Chicago industrial properties.
After graduating from the University of Illinois with a civil engineering degree, John worked for the Northwestern and New York Central Railroads in the real estate department. John joined Trammell Crow in 1970 as one of the Chicago office’s first employees and was made a partner only a year later.
