John was born in Stockton and raised in Lodi. He has been married for 40 years and is the father of two wonderful daughters. He was the owner and operator of Wallace Agriculture Production Company for 9 years and has been selling Real Estate in Chico and Surrounding Areas for 21 years.
John is a member of the California Association of Realtors and has been a member of the Board of Directors for Chico Association of Realtors since 2003. He has been awarded Outstanding Committee Member for 2004 & 2005. He has served on multiple listing, budget, grievance, and professional standards committees. He was awarded Realtor of the Year in 2007 and is consistently in the top 10% of production for Century 21 Jeffries Lydon.
