TRANSWESTERN ROLE Based in Transwestern’s Miami office, Senior Vice President John Vaught is recognized as one of the firm’s leading multi-market real estate professionals and relationship managers. John’s responsibilities include industrial user/occupier representation, multi-market transaction, and account management, consulting, strategic site selection, incentives messaging optimization. Leveraging years of experience developing solutions for clients, John offers strategic consulting for single properties or multi-market portfolios, site selection, labor, and infrastructure analysis, acquisitions and dispositions, build-to-suit development, portfolio optimization, transaction management, and economic incentive negotiations. CAREER HIGHLIGHTS Over the course of John’s successful 24-year career, he has completed leasing and sales assignments with a total value in excess of $500 million. A two-time winner of NAIOP’s Industrial Deal of the Year, John has also twice been named a finalist for this award as well as a two-time finalist for Industrial Broker of the Year. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Florida.
