John Taylor is a disciplined and motivated Commercial Real Estate Professional, bringing a youthful energy and a diverse background to the table. Originally from Cincinnati, OH, but hailing from Cary, NC, where he’s spent the last 15 years of his life, he’s been deeply ingrained in both his community and his faith. Growing up in a family of college athletes, sports have always been a significant part of his life. As the quarterback of his high school football team and captain of the lacrosse squad, he honed his leadership skills and developed a competitive drive that propels him forward in all endeavors.
While his athletic journey could have led him down the path of collegiate football, a different calling beckoned. His faith in Jesus has been a guiding force, leading him to serve actively in The Summit Church, as well as involve himself in their college ministry and volunteer efforts at the Raleigh Dream Center. These experiences have instilled in him a deep sense of compassion and a desire to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others.
In pursuit of honing his skills and embracing entrepreneurship, he embarked on a door-to-door sales venture for 8 months. This period proved invaluable, equipping him with essential skills such as sales tactics, interpersonal communication, the art of persuasion, and negotiation prowess. Transitioning from in-house sales, he’s found his true passion in the dynamic world of commercial real estate.
With a foundation built on faith, community engagement, and a relentless pursuit of excellence, he is excited to bring his unique blend of experiences and skills to the realm of commercial real estate. He is committed to delivering exceptional results for his clients while making a positive impact in both his professional and personal spheres.
