John Sica, a commercial realtor since 1999, became a Vice President after joining the Newmark Associates’ Sales Associate team in 2024, bringing many years’ experience in diverse professional fields spanning academia, science, retail, insurance, mortgage, information technology consulting and entrepreneurial endeavors.
This broad base of experience cultivated facile communication forming strong bonds with a variety of clients in the auto dealership industry, churches, convenience stores, multi-family units sales, restaurants/taverns, retail stores and warehouses. Clients appreciate and rely upon his capacity to respond quickly in researching properties, provide timely updates and fulfilling his professional motto to “go the extra mile to successfully attain client goals and expectations.”
Born and raised in Somerset County in South Bound Brook, John is serving all counties and markets in NJ, particularly farming buyer/seller agency and landlord/tenant representation in Somerset and Middlesex Counties, while developing a heavy presence in Ocean and Monmouth Counties where he resides.
John holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University, another degree in Computer Technology from Chubb Institute, and attended Elijah’s Promise Culinary School. He enjoys traditional archery, camping, hiking and he supports charities such as the ASPCA and Covenant House.
