John's greatest passions are his family, 2 rescue dogs, and refereeing football, not necessarily in that order.
During John's more than 30-year real estate career he has facilitated the closing of more than $1.9 Billion of primarily institutional apartment properties located throughout the United States.
A highlight of his sales activity was the negotiation and simultaneous closing of three separate transactions, consisting of four multifamily properties with a total consideration of $167.1 million.
Additionally John's experience in quantitative analysis was foundational to the success of a team he developed and managed, successful in the preparation of investment materials that led to the closing of more than $2.2 Billion in new multifamily construction.
