John joined Dylan Commercial Realty bringing over twenty years of experience in sales and marketing to the team. Prior to joining DCR John gained a great deal of success in the media and spirits industries throughout central Texas.
He spent most years of his career as a marketing director and account executive in radio and television. Most recently John was a marketing director for Clear Channel Media + Entertainment where he developed marketing programs for many blue-chip clients, including Budweiser, Academy Sports & Outdoors, HEB, Whataburger, and Ryder Truck.
John also spent several years with Republic National Distributing Company as a spirits sales consultant where he worked closely with bars, restaurants and hotels to assist in maximizing their profits.
His years of working with retailers in media advertising have given him a unique understanding of what both a buyer and seller are looking for in order to grow their business. He still remains close and continues to work with many of his past clients to assist them with their real estate ventures.
John holds his Texas Real Estate Salesperson License as well as a B.A. of Mass Communications from Texas State University.
