John is originally from York, South Carolina, graduated from the University of South Carolina and has lived on Hilton Head for 40 years. He holds a Broker license in both South Carolina and Georgia and serves as the Broker-in-Charge for the company. He holds the CCIM designation. He has vast experience in investment real estate including land tracts, retail, office and warehouse properties and has participated in many commercial projects as both broker and principal.
