Mr. John Scialdone brings over 20 years of real estate and financial market experience. John attended Iona College’s Hagan School of Business where he graduated with a BBA in Finance and a minor in Economics. Upon graduating he immediately started working on the trading floor of the New York Mercantile Exchange, where he spent 15 years as a market maker and a member of the NYMEX. During his trading years, Mr. Scialdone founded a small real estate company (amassing over 125 tenants) and owned 26 properties in Westchester, Dutchess and Manhattan. John was also the co-founder of a highly leveraged telecommunications company in the Middle East and successfully negotiated a joint venture with the Royal Family of Bahrain and the government-owned telecom incumbent BATELCO. John is well-versed in transactional negotiations and executive roles in trading, real estate, telecommunications and global economics. He brings the tenacious spirit that made him a success in the demanding world of commodities trading and a comprehensive understanding of business execution. Mr. Scialdone holds a NYS license in real estate and was most recently accepted into Fordham University’s Executive MBA program.
