John Scatoloni, Managing Director of Encon Commercial is responsible for facilitating commercial, office, industrial and land requirements throughout the greater Los Angeles area for regional, national and international based companies.
Mr. Scatoloni joined Encon Commercial in a directorship capacity and brings five years experience in transaction management and four years experience as the Assistant Manager of the California Trade and Investment Office, Taipei Taiwan. As an appointee of the Government of California, John Scatoloni oversaw successful direct investments to the United States and pioneered a proven selection process for overseas companies moving to Northern and Southern California. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Mr. Scatoloni worked in the Asia arena with multinational companies between 1995-1999 in the high-tech, global distribution, and professional service industries to provide solutions for their US real estate holdings and operational needs.
Mr. Scatoloni has developed a career dedicated to international real estate and assisting companies locate to establish operations in California. Mr. Scatoloni is on retainer with Coleman Real Estate Research Group to assist private equity fund managers with market data for the Los Angeles commercial real estate market. Mr. Scatoloni holds graduate degrees in Real Estate Finance and International Business, as well as an undergraduate degree in Asian and Pacific Rim studies.
Due to his extensive site selection experience, Mr. Scatoloni maintains contacts with various government agencies including: LAEDC, Sacramento, CITT, California Trade and Commerce, and CERTA in China in an effort to provide practical strategies and solutions to real estate issues and concerns. As a result, he is able to inform direct investors in understanding the complexities of Investing in California.
Mr. Scatoloni resides in Manhattan Beach, California with his family and is active in the University of Southern California alumni program and the local chamber of commerce.
