John brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience to Commerce, including specific expertise in management, development, site acquisition and brokerage.
John was most recently affiliated with TrentonLee Corporation of Grand Rapids, which he co-founded in 1984. John managed the development of some of West Michigan’s most prestigious residential developments. John has also been involved in the development and management of significant commercial real estate properties.
John’s extensive business background combined with his real estate experience gives him the skills necessary to consult for our clients in numerous areas but in particular, residential and vacant land developments.
John is a graduate of Central Michigan University.
