President of Realty Marketing/Northwest, has over thirty years experience in real estate marketing, planning and development. He has been with Realty Marketing/Northwest since 1986, and President since 1990. Over 1.3 billion in real estate has been sold at auction since 1990. In 1998, Realty Marketing/Southeast was established to serve the firm’s timberland clients in the Southeast.
Mr. Rosenthal has designed and managed the firm’s major assignments within the forest products industry for Hampton Affiliates, JELD-WEN, Rosboro, Sierra Pacific Industries, Roseburg Resources, Forest Capital Partners, Louisiana Pacific, and others. He has managed auctions of surplus real estate for corporations and lenders, and manages the firm’s exclusive auction marketing contract with the Oregon Department of State Lands, for the Common School Fund.
Realty Marketing/Northwest and Realty Marketing/Southeast were ranked fifth in the nation in auction land sales by The Land Report in 2011.
Before joining RM/NW, Mr. Rosenthal worked as a manager in the corporate real estate department of International Paper Company, and as a planning consultant at Raymond, Parish and Pine, in New York State. In addition, he was the project manager of a mixed-use development project for the New York State Urban Development Corporation which won a national design award.
He is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati School of Design, Art and Architecture, with a degree in Urban Planning and Design. He is the Principal Broker for Oregon, and Broker for Washington.
