Current responsibilities Mr. Reva specializes in agency leasing and tenant representation in the Arizona market. In his role, Mr. Reva focuses on delivering strategic, innovative real estate solutions that produce superior results and create exceptional value for clients. Mr. Reva has extensive local market knowledge and has developed strong relationships with retailers and the brokerage community. His on-the-ground knowledge of existing asset availabilities and familiarity with new developments and other trends in the market provide an added value to clients, ensuring no opportunity is overlooked. Experience Mr. Reva started SR Commercial Real Estate, where he served as Partner and Designated Broker specializing in landlord representation, real estate marketing and land acquisition. He marketed over one million square feet of gross leasable area. Prior to starting SR Commercial, Mr. Reva served as a Leasing Associate with Vestar Development Co. where he leased shop spaces at Tempe Marketplace, Oro Valley Marketplace, and Canyon Trails Towne Center. Additionally, his experience included working as a Retail Specialist with Retail Brokers, Inc. where he leased a retail portfolio consisting of over 35 projects and totaling more than 300,000 square feet. Education and affiliations Mr. Reva earned the degree of Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He served as the ICSC State Next Generation Chair for Arizona/New Mexico form 2010-2013.
