That's what you get when you choose to work with me. I don't just have a sales associate license but I also have the additional 132 hours of education that is required to be a Real Estate Broker. I have earned many certifications and designations from the National Association of Realtors (AHWD, E-Pro, PSA, SFR) and I hold the ACCREDITED BUYER REPRESENTATIVE and the SENIORS REAL ESTATE SPECIALIST Designations so I have taken specialized training to work with Seniors and buyers and am able to accommodate any special needs that you may have.
I serve on the Grievance Committee for the Realtors Association of Sarasota & Manatee, so I am quite familiar with the National Association of Realtors' Code of Ethics. I am also a member of the Royal Palm Coast Realtor Association which covers Lee County so my service area is wider than most other agents.
I first obtained my real estate sales license over 18 years ago and have never stopped learning, networking, and helping others to achieve their goals.
