John is an Associate Broker with the firm and is licensed to practice law in Nebraska. He works for the Omaha Public Power District within its Real Property Team. Previously, he led the real estate negotiation and outreach efforts for Verizon's 5G build-out across Nebraska, Iowa, and South Dakota. John also previously served as the Chief Deputy Otoe County Attorney and is a seasoned trial lawyer.
