John has over two years of commercial real estate experience, with particular experience in retail and investment property types. His passion surfaced when he started working for O’Rourke Title Company researching different types of commercial properties. John joined the Martens Companies in 2014 as an appraisal assistant then began working in the brokerage department. John studied Entrepreneurship with an emphasis in Real Estate and began brokering deals in 2015. Giving his background with title companies and appraisal, he has a particular advantage in helping clients price their property and guiding them through a transaction.
