Bio
John Molster is a Senior Managing Director who leads Greystar's Europe Portfolio Management team, carrying out strategic growth initiatives in the region and overseeing venture formation, partner management, acquisitions, and dispositions. John also leads Greystar's US develop-to-core fund series, which represents approximately $2.5 billion of equity committed to US development projects.
Prior to joining Greystar in 2014, John was Vice President at Sterne Agee, a private investment bank based in New York. John is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
John received his bachelor's degree in Economics and English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Darden School of Business.
