John Mociak specializes in multifamily transactions. In 2005, he earned his California Real Estate Brokers License and has successfully represented sellers and buyers of this specific product type for 15 years, both on and off-market. Prior to joining ARG as a partner, John was a senior associate at TEG/Keller Williams where he was a top producer for 9 years and recognized in the top 1% of Los Angeles County multifamily agents in 2018, 2019, and 2021.
John’s experience and extensive market coverage, closing transactions in 18 different cities throughout South Los Angeles County, demonstrates a powerful reach and extensive sphere of influence which provides his clients the competitive advantage needed to succeed in today’s ever-changing and fast paced marketplace.
John has a comprehensive understanding of current market trends and their impact on property underwriting and pricing metrics. He is also well versed in the 1031 exchange process and has completed numerous exchanges for his clients.
John graduated from the University of Scranton, receiving a bachelor’s degree grounded in the liberal arts with a curriculum emphasis in critical thinking, writing, and public speaking.
