Born and raised in Washington, John Minich is a Senior Associate in the firm’s D.C. office specializing in the representation of tenants. As an Associate member of the Advisory & Transaction tean, Mr. Minich’s responsibilities include tenant generation, market analysis, tracking and analyzing lease and sales comparables, as well as actively participating in lease negotiations on behalf of tenants.
John has superior market knowledge and brings an enthusiastic approach to solving his clients real estate requirements. Mr. Minich has represented AM 100 law firms as well as several Fortune 500 companies – totaling over 500,000 square feet of office leases.
Mr. Minich joined CBRE in 2014 as a member of the highlight acclaimed Wheel Program, one of the most coveted training programs in the commercial real estate industry. During this time working with the industry’s top professionals, Mr. Minich was actively immersed into various lines of business in the Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia Markets.
