John Meador serves as Managing Partner and co-founder of Casco Real Estate Partners. Prior to founding Casco, John served as Principal at The Seyon Group in Boston, MA, where he participated in all aspects of the firm’s investment and asset management activities. Before joining Seyon, John was a Senior Associate at Calare Properties. Over the course of his career, John has acquired and managed over $500M in total real estate transactions within the logistics and manufacturing sector.
John began his career in commercial brokerage and spent seven years at CBRE and JLL in Boston, as well as The Boulos Company in Portland, ME.
John grew up in Chapel Hill, NC and received a BA in History from the University of Richmond.
