Mr. Maloney has over 25 years of experience in leasing and selling of commercial and industrial real estate, and has completed over 10,000,000 sq. ft. of transactions during his career.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Inc., Mr. Maloney was Vice President, Real Estate Planning and Transaction at Merrill Lynch. Prior to Merrill Lynch, Mr. Maloney was a Vice President at Grubb & Ellis, Industrial group for eight years.
