John M. Lee, SIOR, its principal, formed the company in 1997. With twenty-one years of experience in marking industrial/commercial real estate in the Hampton Roads area, Mr. Lee has sought to keep the company small, so as to offer a hands on approach and an active involvement in all listing and tenant representation projects of his clientele. Clients include local, regional and national companies as well as local real estate investors and developers.
