During his tenure at Newmark Knight Frank, John Kinsella initiated and closed over 450 leases, sales and subleases with total consideration of more than $900 million. Clients include Fortune 500 firms, start-ups, staffing firms and secondary education institutions. Mr. Kinsella has been in the commercial real estate industry for the past 20 years. Specializing in tenant advisory services, he not only represents tenants in the Chicagoland market, but also works with large companies on their multi-market office requirements. His expertise is representing office tenants with all aspects of their office needs including relocations, renewals, expansions, contractions, acquisitions, subleases, sales, long-term real estate planning and implementation, as well as lease negotiations and restructuring of existing leases.
Mr. Kinsella has received Service Excellence Awards numerous times throughout his career, which are reserved for the top 10% performers across the country. He has also been one of the founding sponsors for the DePaul Real Estate Center, a member of the March of Dimes Fox SportsNet Committee and currently a little league coach for Oz Park Baseball Association.
