John joined Pyramid Brokerage Company in 1996 after an 11-year career as a practicing attorney with Nixon Peabody and Phillips Lytle Law Firms. John graduated college with a Bachelor’s Degree from Cornell University and a Law Degree from The University of Virginia School of Law. John specializes in providing commercial acquisition and disposition as well as financing services for local, regional, and national investors. Since 1996 John has completed over 726 transactions and 14,500,000 Square Feet with a sale, leasing, and financing volume of $1.3 Billion. Some of John’s notable clients include Xerox Corporation, Hickey Freeman, Co-Finance, DDR Corp, LNR, Chrysler Corporation, STAG Industrial, Lexington Realty Trust, Cedar Realty Trust, Grammercy Property Trust, and Broadstone Real Estate. John has been a member of Pyramid Brokerage Company’s Chairman’s Club twelve times, which is an honorary distinction comprised of the top 5 salespersons within the Pyramid organization for a given year. John has been the number one salesperson three times for the entire Pyramid organization.
