A Sacramento native, John Hynes graduated from Santa Clara University with a BA in Philosophy and returned to his hometown. John served as an investment sales professional specializing in retail sales and leasing on the Wirt Retail Team. After being exposed to ground up development deals John jumped at the opportunity to join the Development Team at Capital Rivers. He now leads projects throughout the greater Sacramento area and beyond. John’s ultimate goal is fostering long-term and mutually beneficial relationships.
