He currently serves as the President and CEO of Coldwell Banker Legacy Group and Coldwell Banker Commercial Legacy Group, a role he has held since 2000. In addition to his role at Coldwell Banker, John is also the President of Auction Concepts, USA and Innovatas Construction Group. Throughout his career, John has been a licensed broker in Kentucky, Tennessee, and Mississippi. He has been actively involved in real estate consulting and advising for real estate brokerages nationwide. John is also a real estate entrepreneur and is highly active in growing real estate businesses. His focus is on building high-energy, high-impact real estate brokerages. As a commercial and residential real estate investor, John has a unique understanding of the industry and what it takes to be successful. John has direct experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing with a focus on retail, office, and industrial. He is also a licensed auctioneer, real estate developer, and licensed building professional. As a prop tech innovator and investor and angel investor, John is always seeking new and innovative ways to improve the industry. Currently, John is a Board of Director Member for the Realtor Association of Southern Kentucky, a member of the Kentucky Association of Realtors, and a member of the National Association of Realtors.
