John is originally from El Dorado, Arkansas which was named the best small-town cultural scene in America, the Festival City of the South, and was a wonderful place to grow up. After high school, he attended the University of Mississippi at Oxford and the Academy of Design and Technology in Tampa. After graduating, John’s first job was in the banking industry as a mortgage loan officer where he immediately became the top producer and his life’s passion of service to others grew its roots in Tampa. Becoming dually licensed in real estate in 2005, John worked in new development selling 300+ new construction condos and townhomes across the beautiful Tampa Bay area. Applying the skills and contacts he built in the mortgage and development industry. John quickly became successful in the Tampa Bay real estate market and has been consistently listed among the top agents serving Tampa Bay. John has been the highest-producing single agent at his firm 3 of the last 4 years. John has listed and sold properties from Bradenton to Brooksville and Dunedin to Davenport.
