John has wide range of experience in dispositions, acquisition and leasing of industrial space, redevelopment projects and land.
With over $250 million in transactions over the past 3 years, John is a leading professional in the Central Los Angeles marketplace. CBRE welcomed John in November, 1999. Since coming to CBRE, John sold numerous Arts District properties (Ford Factory, 800 Traction, 3rd & Traction) and has represented such companies as Greyhound Lines, Avis Rental System, Trammell Crow Company, Karney Management and Guess Jeans in their Los Angeles Real Estate assignments.
