John has 31 years post qualification experience. Prior to setting up Hill Dryburgh, John was a Partner with Montagu Evans having joined the firm in August 2017. Prior to this John was the Land and Planning Director at Lambert Smith Hampton, where he worked for nearly 20 years.
John started his career at British Rail Property where he worked within the Development Team for 9 years, laterally as Development Manager North UK.
John has been involved in the successful implementation and completion of a large number of residential, retail, commercial and industrial development schemes throughout the UK for clients such as BAE Systems, Babcock International, BBC, British Railways Board, British Waterways, Co-op Estates, NHS Trusts, Scottish Water, Caledonian Properties Ltd, North Ayrshire Council and many more.
