John works exclusively on behalf of office landlords and is entrenched in the office market from an owner's perspective daily. This unique perspective allows John to provide his clients with real-time market activity/comps and thereby enabling his clients to make well-informed, market-driven decisions.
He and his team are responsible for the marketing of over 3 million square feet of office properties throughout Birmingham. John takes great pride in working closely with each client to identify and create unique/creative plans in an effort to maximize the value of each asset. John works with institutional and local owners and approaches each property with a creative perspective; whether those challenges be critical lease expirations on the horizon, long-term vacancies needing to be backfilled, or a new approach to marketing. This landlord-driven approach allows John to solely focus on each property with meticulous detail and it is also why he and his team often receive the first call when a company is considering relocating in the market.
