John Healey has been involved in the commercial real estate business for over 40 years. John started as a field agent working Standard Oil Company representatives, then worked as an independent real estate rep for the Mcdonalds’ Corporation. John was regional Real Estate Director for 7-Eleven, joined Tuffy Auto Service Centers as Vice President of Development then relocated Tuffy from Saginaw, Michigan to Toledo, OH as Executive Vice President (interim President) of Tuffy. He then formed his own company, CONDELCO, which performed site selection and construction for both 7-Eleven and Tuffy, along with other retailers, gas stations, and restaurant chains in the Midwest. John has been affiliated with The Danberry Co. since 2007 and joined Danberry Commercial in 2012, focusing on general commercial real estate, specific client site selection, investment property, and development. Danberry merged to become Miller-Danberry, then continued with the same group that started SVN Ascension in 2022. He is most proficient in confidentially assembling mid to large property development projects. John has also been involved in the acquisition and sales of many ongoing businesses.
