Mr. Hatter has served as INOK Investments’ corporate counsel since November 2000. He graduated from Purdue University in 1986 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. From 1986 to 1993, he worked as a middle level manager for Rockwell, International in York, South Carolina. In 1989, Mr. Hatter earned his M.B.A. from Winthrop University and in 1996 earned his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis. From 1996 to November 2000, he was an associate attorney with Baker & Daniels in Indianapolis, Indiana.
