With a background in consulting and real estate, John joined Savills to draw on his experience and strong analytical skill set to provide his corporate clients with sound commercial real estate advice that will enable them to make smart occupancy-related decisions.
Prior to joining Savills, John worked for Fergus Partnership Consulting, a Manhattan-based consulting firm that advises international law firms on their mergers and acquisitions, for eight years. Through his market research, John identified law firms in NY and London with synergies that led to joint ventures, opportunistic alliances, and full-scale mergers. In creating these relationships, John focused on the strategic planning portion of the transaction, which included the financial analysis, deal oversight, and client relations.
