John has been in the commercial real industry professionally for twenty five years. He has been involved in land and building sales both large and small transactions. Having worked with developers that built Jewel Osco stores, Walgreens, Kohl’s, Walmart,and many other types of fast food giants including McDonald’s, Wendy’s and Yum Brands.
Having sold several thousands of acres of land over the years that eventually evolved into single family subdivisions and large power centers, his experience in the process of those projects are used in similar transactions today. He practices patients and keeping deals on course to closing.
Working with landlords and tenants is another part of John’s experiences. He is able to understand both sides of the transaction since having owned and operated a manufacturing company in the 70’s and 80’s including owner many types of real estate as a landlord himself.
With the real estate business constantly changing, John has been able to reach back and tap on many of his experiences that have been beneficial in these changing real estates climates.
