John Gordon leads acquisition and development activities for the Company through its principal acquisition and development affiliate, Polinger Development Co.. With over 30 years of experience, John has been involved in the acquisition of numerous office and apartment buildings in the Washington DC central business district and its suburban areas.
He has worked with institutional investors such as GE Asset Management and ARES Property Partners (formerly Apollo Real Estate Advisors) on core and value add investments. He specializes in underwriting investment properties and has a keen knowledge of local markets. John also leads asset management services for the Company’s institutional clients. John has worked at Polinger since 1985 and has a Bachelor of Arts degree from George Washington University and a Master of Arts degree from American University.
