John has owned and operated several businesses, including those in the construction industry, for over 25 years. This experience gives him a unique perspective in the Real Estate industry. John served as a Linguist Specialist for the US Army and was honored by US Senator Carl Levin for his service to the country. When it comes to negotiating, John has his clients covered. He has negotiated over two thousand contracts, ranging from translating the disarmament agreement in the Kosovo War in 1999 to the first commercial use of music videos with Warner Music Group in 2002. John has an extensive history of negotiation over the years.
