Bio
John Gasque is a Vice President for Occupier Advisory and Transaction Services for the greater Washington, D.C. region of CBRE. Over the past decade of his career, John has consulted and advised in hundreds of transactions in nearly every industry—ranging from local non-profits and associations to international Fortune 500 companies. John’s proven track record stems from the understanding that there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to a real estate transaction: He is instrumental in tailoring advisory services to ensure each clients goals and objectives are met efficiently. John’s reputation is built on representing his clients zealously, focusing on attention to detail, transparency and integrity. Prior to joining CBRE, John served as a Managing Director with Savills for ten years, where he advised many local, national and international occupiers. John’s first job out of college and the start to his career in commercial real estate was with CBRE Research; this experience worked as the foundation of his deep knowledge of the regional commercial market. Outside of the office, John enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, skiing, snowboarding, and—when he has time—working to improve his mediocre golf game. He was born and raised in the region and has lived in Arlington, Virginia since returning from college.
