John Gardiner is the boots on the ground in-house construction manager for the office portfolio. John is involved in the shell construction process from start to finish, from a green field site to the hand-off of the building to the property management team.
John joined Billingsley in 2015. Prior to joining Billingsley, he worked for a leading construction company for 19 years in the Dallas market. Some of the high profile projects that John worked on as a key team member were: Harwood International Center III, Gaylord Hotel & Convention Center, Billingsley One Arts Plaza Office & Condos, McKinney Stars Center Ice Rink, Dallas Omni Hotel, and The New Parkland Hospital.
