Bio
John Fahey joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2023. John brings over 20 years of Real Estate advisory experience to SRS, having provided services in the brokerage, development, and capital market arenas working on projects with a cumulative value exceeding $800 Million. As a founding Partner of Meridian Retail Group, John focused on retail and restaurant site selection and development, assisting emerging brands with their strategic growth and real estate strategies. Prior to Meridian, John was a co-founder of Calusa Asset Partners and the COO of VestPoint Securities, a full-service regional broker dealer raising capital for various real estate ventures including REIT’s and private offerings. A graduate of Rhodes College, John earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with majors in both Economics and Business Administration. He was a member of the varsity Golf team at Rhodes, serving as a Captain his Junior and Senior years. John is currently the President of the Board of Trustees of Tampa Preparatory School where he is also a past President of the Alumni Association.
