John DiNapoli manages the operations of JP DiNapoli Companies Inc. including oversight of property acquisitions, dispositions, asset management and property management. Mr. DiNapoli commenced his career in real estate at Essex Property Corporation, Palo Alto California, an affiliate of Marcus and Millichap where he oversaw pension fund equity financing. In 1991, he became the Portfolio Manager responsible for acquisition and disposition of pool assets. Mr. DiNapoli assisted in the Essex Property Corporation’s IPO at the time it became a real estate investment trust. In 1995 Mr. DiNapoli joined another affiliate, SummerHill Homes where he served as the Land Acquisition Manager. Mr. DiNapoli holds a BA in Urban and Regional Planning with a Minor in Public Administration from the University of Southern California and is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
