B. John (Jack) Dill has been negotiating real estate transactions on behalf of his clients – buyers, sellers, property owners and tenants – for more than three decades. In 1982, Jack led the strategic reorganization and assumed responsibility of SIS Bank’s real estate development and community investment activities under Colebrook. As President and CEO of Colebrook, he is engaged in commercial real estate development, management, finance, brokerage and consulting. Jack holds the Counselors of Real Estate designation along with other professional designations and licenses in the fields of real estate, finance and construction. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Jack comes from a finance background: he began his career in the 1970s with SIS Bank (now TD Bank) where he served as Executive Vice President. Jack’s community involvement reaches beyond his role as Colebrook President. He is an active supporter of numerous local nonprofits, and has served as trustee, director and board chair time and again. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Springfield School Volunteers, Inc., member of Springfield Business Leaders for Education, director of the Springfield Education Fund and board member of the Massachusetts Housing Investment Corporation (MHIC). Additionally, he is the current Campaign Chair of WFCR New England Public Radio‘s Capital Campaign. Jack has held leadership roles on the boards of Baystate Health System/Baystate Medical Center, BHIC, The Counselors of Real Estate, Western Mass Life Care Corporation, WGBY Public Television for western New England, Massachusetts Business Alliance for Education (MBAE), Greater Springfield YMCA, Community Music School of Springfield, American International College, Stage West (now CityStage), Mercy Hospital, Commonwealth of Massachusetts Community Service Commission (now part of Mass Service Alliance) and the City of Springfield Parks Commission. Jack is an alumnus of Williams College (cum laude) and Harvard Business School (PMD). A transplant from the Boston area, Jack has life-long western Massachusetts connections and has lived in Springfield since he arrived in 1974.
