John R. Danielson, CCIM, CPM - John Danielson has 30 years experience as a real estate broker involved in leasing and selling commercial real estate. At Genesee he handles the retail brokerage duties and participates in the office and industrial leasing and sales. He has been involved in over $300 million in real estate transactions. He has managed, financed and developed commercial real estate portfolios for clients and his own account.
Danielson was a charter member of the Board of Director of the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors and is a member the Colorado Association of Realtors. John is a CPMÒ and was elected President of the Northern Colorado Chapter 17 of the Institute of Real Estate Management in 1995. He is also Certified Commercial Investment Manager, CCIM.
