Bio
With more than 16 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and investment advisory, Mr. Crump has completed the capitalization and sale of a broad range of properties, including retail, office, mixed-use, multi-housing, medical office, self-storage, student housing and data centers. Capitalizations include senior floating and fixed-rate debt, mezzanine debt, preferred equity and joint venture equity. He has been instrumental in the disposition and financing of more than $7 billion in transactions during his career. Prior to joining BH Properties, he gained experience at HFF, was a Broker Associate at a Los Angeles-based firm, an Investment Executive at Wedbush Morgan Securities, and a Specialist and former member of the Pacific Stock Exchange. Mr. Crump is a member of the CFA Institute, CFA Society Los Angeles and ICSC. A graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, Mr. Crump earned his MBA at the University of Southern California.
